We do not accept returns for refunds, but every piano purchased from us is eligible for a 100% trade-in value toward any piano of greater value for up to 10 years from the original purchase date.
Exchanges
Yes, we allow exchanges. You may trade in your current piano for another model, as long as it meets our condition requirements below.
