Young Chang 5’ 2” Baby Grand Piano

This is a Young Chang 5′ 2” baby grand piano in a traditional ebony polish finish. The piano is in very good condition and have been regularly maintained. Young Chang pianos are built to a very high standard in both workmanship and materials. The piano has a solid spruce soundboard, injection molded plate or harp, solid copper wound bass strings, and hard rock maple action parts and bridges. It also features duplex scale, which is a piano tuning technology that allows the ends of a piano’s strings to vibrate, producing harmonics that enhance the tone. On a piano with duplex scaling the same pitch is produced as all three strings, typically an octave or an octave and a fifth above the notes – which are overtones already contained within the fundamental pitch.
