I recently bought a baby grand piano from this store, and I absolutely love it. Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient in showing me around and helping me explore the different options. They have a wide variety of pianos to choose from, which made the experience even better. The price was very fair for such high-quality pianos, and I was especially happy that my piano was delivered to my home just two hours after my purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a piano.

We love B natural! We bought a grand piano there and our three kids take lessons. It's an old-school, family-run, pen-and-paper business where you are always dealing with the owners and where no one is hiding behind a computer screen. Piano inventory is great, teachers are great, prices for both instruments and lessons are very reasonable, and the warranty- and trade-up policies on pianos are generous. We stumbled upon the place (it's in kind of an unassuming location) a few years ago and are now customers for life.

I bought a used Yamaha upright here in August after scouring Facebook marketplace and deciding it was not worth the uncertainty of how people maintain their piano. My daughter's piano teacher also bought her piano here. Doug was extremely knowledge, helpful, and he himself was a great pianist. I could not be happier with the quality, communication, and they take care of the professional transportation and 1st tuning included in price. Highly recommend if you are serious about a good quality piano that will last for years to come!

Highly recommended. An excellent selection of instruments; overall a great experience. Acquire for yourself or your child a real acoustic piano to practice on and play today! If there are room constraints, buy a digital piano, but there is nothing like a real acoustic piano, and this store has a great selection of both acoustic and digital. Most importantly, with good people at the helm.
